Following the removal of the derelict Brook House, Gavin James is hoping to encourage owners of other empty commercial
properties to maintain their buildings.
Sites such as the former Kwik Fit in Winchester Rd have attracted graffiti and fly posters. Cllr Gavin James says "boarded up properties make our area look run down unless they are maintained, Eastrop deserves better"
