Lib Dem Action on Wagner Close - Brighton Hill

Good News for Wagner Close.
The Council has given planning permission for the
creation of 15 additional car parking spaces.
Work should start in February and take about 5 weeks; there may be some
disruption during construction.
In order to provide more parking two trees will be removed (one by no. 48 and one by
no. 51). And a street lamp by no. 52 will be relocated.
Officers are also planning landscape improvements in order to soften the visual
impact of the new parking.
Next year officers will be turning their attention to Schubert Road to see whether more spaces
can be made here too!
